Suggestion for new action type
By Created , last editted

Wouldn't it be an idea to have an 'input' type action? An action type in which you define variables (as you do elsewere) which then become available as inputs in a popup form when running the action.  Like a condition, it has a split on a Cancel or OK finish of the inputform. OK branches to next action steps in which the values of the variables can be used, Cancel bypasses them.

I could use this in batch actions where you add a set of selected records to a model like for example projectmembers to a project. I can populate properties in the records that are created.

(mockup)

Or is there already a way to achieve this I'm unaware of?
