Hi all,

I want to have a table of contents in my PDF file. However, JavaScript/JQuery is (currently) not working in a PDF file. So the examples I found on internet (looping through headers, grabbing the titles and IDs etc.) do not work. Do you have any idea how I can solve this problem?
