Whitelisting BettyBlocks but only for specific apps

There are currently some specific services which BB needs to access from an external source. That external source wants to whitelist BB's IP so it can access this data through webservices. The problem is when you whitelist BB's IP you also enable every other user in who has a BB app to be able to access these webservices, which is not desirable. Any thoughts on how we can resolve this?
