Easy way to check for birthday?
Is there an easy way to check if a date of birth has the same date as "today", except for the year of course. So 21/04/1983 will match with 21/04/2017.
Or will you need to extract the day and month and match them separately?
Additional information:
Prior to the above, a collection employees will be created. To make this collection as small as possible, it would be nice to be able filter the employees model by birthday.
