Hi there,

Is it possible to add a approval page with signature and comments (based upon a PDF file with PDF template) to a externally uploaded source PDF file?

Scenario that I have in mind:

1. User uploads PDF for approval
2. Reviewer downloads the PDF file for review, and reviews it
3. Reviewer approves the file by adding a comment and signature (signaturepad). This wil result in a single PDF approval page with comment and signature
4. Approval Page is added (merged) with the uploaded file

I tried this scenario above with PDF Merge Event, but this is not working. I can only merge PDF File properties. I have two one page PDF's. 

• Dummy PDF (File)
• Approval PDF (PDF File)

In a action I copied the Dummy PDF file to the PDF File property. Then I performed a merge over the collection of de Dummy PDF and Approval PDF. But this results in a 3 paged PDF file, with two pages with the Approval PDF contents and one empty page. So the source Dummy PDF is discarded.

If someone has another scenario or workaround for this, I would like to take notice of it.
